Shirley Deters

I did not have the opportunity to meet Shirley Deters but I believe you see a person's values, attitudes, joy, internal fortitude, and faith in their kids, grandkids, and in-laws! That being said, you will see the very best reflected in the attitudes and actions of her son, Steve and her daughter-in-law, Cynthia. I am grateful that my walk on this earth allowed me to cross their paths as well as their friends and family. The spirit of Steve's mom, SHIRLEY, is alive and well in all of the Deter's family and friends and I sense, that included in that great spirit, will be some vibrant personalities, many days of fun and adventure, and most importantly, that Love for Jesus, where one day we will all be united with our families and friends in Heaven. Shirley was a great friend to all of us at the Lake Perry Ladies Golf Club. We had fun laughs at many of our erratic golf swings and putts. She was a dear friend to be around. Of course, some of us had to watch our language when missing a putt!
