Shirley Lucille McReynolds

Shirley Lucille Puckett McReynolds, age 82, of North Tazewell, Virginia, drew her last breath on this earth on Saturday, October 4, 2025, at a local Tazewell, Virginia, hospital.
Shirley was born in Tazewell County on March 30, 1943, and was the daughter of the late Joseph Puckett and Marie Asbury Puckett. She had attended Tazewell High School and later worked for the Tazewell County Sheriff's Department for over 20 years. Everyone who knew her described her as the spunkiest, kindest, sweetest, and most loving person they had ever known. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandkids. She dearly loved her canine companions, especially Zoey.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Charles Clendenin, Jr., and siblings, Margaret Thompson, Danny Puckett, and Allen Puckett; and grandson, Duncan Clendenin.
