Shirley Persianni Obituary
Shirley Marie Persianni, 72, passed away on Sunday, August 24, 2025, at her home on Crumpler Mountain, WV.
She had been a resident of Crumpler for 55 years. Shirley was a member of Mountain Top Baptist Church in Welch, WV. Shirley was preceded in death by her parents, Edgar and Mary Lusk of Herndon, WV, one sister, Dorothy Lusk of Herndon, and her husband David Farrell Persianni, Sr., of Crumpler, WV.
Those left to cherish her memories are her son, David Farrell Persianni, Jr., of Crumpler, WV, her daughter, Angela Charlene Fowler of Anawalt, WV, three grandsons, Allen Carter and fiancé Leah of Rock, WV, Dakota Fowler and wife Andrea of Bluefield, WV, and Dalton Fowler and fiancé Megan of Davey, WV, and one great grandson, Declan Christian; two brothers, Wily Lusk and wife Lois of Van, WV, and Billy Lusk and wife Kimberly of Gordon, WV. She had serval nieces and nephews, as well as great nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held, Wednesday, August 27, 2025, at 11:00 AM, at The Cravens-Shires Funeral Home Chapel in Bluewell, WV, with Pastor Ralph Steele officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Bluewell, WV, with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
A visitation will be held one hour prior to services, from 10:00-11:00 AM, at the funeral home.
Cravens-Shires Funeral Home is serving the Persianni family.
