Shirley Trudeau Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Rochette Funeral Home & Cremation Services on Dec. 4, 2025.
Shirley I. Trudeau, 84, of Nashua, passed away peacefully at her home on November 30, 2025. Born on November 26, 1941, in Nashua, she was the daughter of the late Armand and Irene (Poliquin) Poulin.

Shirley worked for many years in assembly at Sanders and later at BAE Systems, where she dedicated over 40 years of hard work and loyalty. She was a longtime communicant of St. Kathryn Parish in Hudson, NH, and her strong faith was a guiding force throughout her life.

Shirley cherished time with her family, especially her beloved sisters. Every Saturday was joyfully spent sharing breakfast and going yard saling with them. She spoke with her sister Theresa every night at 7:30 p.m. without fail, a tradition that reflected the closeness of their bond.

Known for her kindness and generosity, Shirley loved cooking and sharing her "gorton" and hamburger soup with everyone around her. Her warm heart, steadfast faith, and devotion to her family will be remembered always. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Shirley is survived by her three children Gerard Trudeau of Waterborough, ME, Anne Trudeau of Nashua and Mark Trudeau of Nashua; her three grandchildren Cheryl Regan and her husband Bill, Breanna Trudeau, and Joshua Trudeau; her great granddaughter Maya Regan; her sister Theresa Boyer of Sanbornton, NH; as well as several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her son Paul Trudeau; her sisters Jeannette Pratt and Mary Rose Poulin; her brothers Bob Poulin and George Poulin.

Family and friends are invited to Shirley's funeral mass on SATURDAY, December 13, 2025, at 10 AM at St. Louis de Gonzague Church, 47 W. Hollis Street, Nashua. Her interment will follow at St. Francis Xavier Cemetery, Nashua. In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to St. Kathryn's Parish, 4 Dracut Road, Hudson, NH.
