Shirley is survived by her loving daughters Deetra Jenkins and ShaDawn Stephens, who were the light of her life and were blessed to learn many valuable lessons from Shirley before her peaceful departure. Her Special friend (Mike) will forever be a tribute to her memory.
Her life and legacy continue to thrive in her beloved granddaughters Quintiana Stephens, Davi James, and Quintavia Stephens, whom she cherished greatly. A host of nieces and nephews whom she shared great moments with.

Her life is further celebrated by her Son-in-law, Lazarus Jenkins & Quinton Stephens, who was as son's to her and brought immense joy into her life. Shirley became a legacy in the absence of her late parents, Luvenia Williamson and Edward Mouzon, and her brother Frank Robinson, 2 sisters Ann Chester & Josephine Mouzon, and her niece, Amanda Robinson, who all preceded her in death.
Shirley had a deep love for music, Uncle Charlie, Smokey Robinson & Rod Wave being one of her most admired artists.
