Shirley Mae Zabik

Shirley Mae Zabik, born on July 28, 1931, passed away on November 29, 2024, at the age of 93. She leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories for her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Albert and Elizabeth, 3 sisters and 1 brother. as well as her son, Brad.
William Oscar Zabik, Shirley's devoted husband, also departed this world on December 12, 2023. He joins his parents, Joseph and Stella Zabik, their dear son, Brad, as well as his 3 brothers and 3 sisters, in eternal rest.
Together, Shirley and William are survived by their loving daughters, Sandra McGahey (William) and Connie Fish. Their memory will be treasured by their grandchildren, Matt McGahey (Amy) and Michelle Janiga (Chris). They leave behind great-granddaughters Ainsley, Alivia, Ellianna, and Lillianna, who will forever hold their great-grandparents close to their hearts.
Shirley found joy in the simple pleasures of life, such as gardening, baking, and cleaning. She had a passion for shopping and took great pride in tending to her greenhouses, where she nurtured plants to bloom as beautifully as her spirit. Above all, Shirley adored spending time with her children and grandchildren, creating a warm and loving home filled with laughter and cherished memories.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the American Heart Association or the Alzheimer's Association in honor of Shirley and William's memory.
