RiP Sid. It is sad to hear of the passing of one of the "Good Guys" I always enjoyed flying with Sidney in my early years at McChord AFB. He was an excellent Loadmaster, and an outstanding mentor.

So very sorry and sad to hear of Sid's passing. I had the pleasure of serving with him in the 17th Troop Carrier Squadron at Dyess AFB, and when we were all transferred as a unit to Elmendorf AFB, Alaska, after the big earthquake. Never had the pleasure of serving with a better and nicer crewmember during my entire time in the USAF. Sid was the kind of man that everyone will remember, and definitely miss....
