Sikako John Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Ozark Funeral Homes - Anderson on Dec. 1, 2025.
Our beloved Nohno Sikako Ernest John, 61 of Arkansas was called to rest on Sunday November 16, 2025. Nohno Sikako Ernest John was born on July 21, 1964 to Papa Sikari Ernest and Nohno Merisein Ernest of Pingelap, Pohnpei, Micronesia..

Nohno Sikako was a devoted christian, a family oriented woman, a good natured, good sport, as well as a good companion. She touched so many lives with her warmth, talented and humor. Her sense of humor and ability to make anyone laugh was a blessing to us all. We will always remember her beautiful smile and the countless times she brightened our days and will always cherish those memories of fun times spent in her company.

She fought a touch battle with cancer, leaning on her strong christian faith for strength and finding comfort thru God with loving and caring family and friends who had visited her or called her and offered assistance, prayers as well as sharing words of encouragement and comfort during her illness

Her life was an example of unwaivering faith, which sustained her through her fight with cancer. She left behind a legacy of love, toughnss and spiritual strength for her son EJ, brothers, sisters, family and friends. Even in her suffering, she maintained her faith, and her final journey was guided through by her love for God. She is now at peace, having completed her earthly journey through Christ. Her faith never waivered, and she is now resting peacefully.

We are heartbroken by her passing, and though we will miss her terribly, we are comforted by the knowledge that her suffering has ended.

She was proceeded in death by her husband, her parents, 2 sisters, 1 brother and grandparent

Her legacy will live through her one and only son EJ John. Her siblings; Ellis (Mikelihner) Ernest, Hosia (Enrihse) Ernest, Iakios (Ketilin) Ernest, Merse Kelly, and Ospein (Kensley) Kenneth. Also with her uncles, aunties, nephews, nieces, In-laws and lots more.
