Sol Sackel, 100, passed away on September 13, 2024, in Boca Raton, Florida. Sol was predeceased by his son Stephen and his wife Madeline and is survived by his loving wife, Lillian Sackel; son, Howard (Ellen) Sackel; grandchildren, Matthew (Joanna), Davis (Jordana), Shelley (Adam) and Jodi (Rory); great grandchildren, Sophie, Oliver, Margot, Caleb, Miles, Joshua, Michael and Aiden. Memorial Contributions may be made in Sol's honor to AFTD, https://www.theaftd.org/.
A Cryptside service will be held on Monday, September 16, 2024, at 10:45 am at Eternal Light Memorial Gardens.

Dear Liliane , My sincere condolences on Sol´s passing.What a wonderful, kind ,soft spoken gentleman he was.Over many years at the Meridian I looked forward to seeing you both and chatting with you.May you be comforted now and always by the happy memories that you shared with your dear husband.My thoughts and prayers are with you .Fondly, Jackie Freedman

We were so sorry to hear is Sol´s death. He was always so cheerful and a wonderful "downstairs neighbor ". He will be missed by all who knew him

Dear Lillian
Nancy and I send you our sincere condolences on Sol's passing. He was one of the first people we met at the Meridian and was always so cheerful and had a great smile. We know he will be sorely missed by you and all your family but you will always have the comfort of the many, many memories you have shared during his lifetime as a husband, father, grandfather. uncle and friend to so many people.
