Solomon Slater Johnson

Our beloved baby boy Solomon Johnson, also known as “Sollypop,” “Sollybear,” “Solo,” “Angel,” and most often “Bebe” (coined by his brother John), passed away Saturday, October 18, 2025 at 18 months old.

Memorial service will be at 11:00 AM, Friday, October 24, 2025 at Trinity Fellowship Church. Interment will be private. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors.

Born on April 10, 2024, he brought endless joy to our family. His laughter filled every room, and his smile brightened even the darkest days. Solomon loved playing with his best friend and brother John, and his cousins. He was always on the go, always ready to play.

Though his time with us was far too short, his love will live forever in our hearts. We find peace knowing Solomon will welcome us at the gates of Heaven the next time we see him.

Solomon is survived by his parents, Audrey and Slater Johnson; brother, John Merritt (J.M.); grandparents, Merritt and Pamela Vaughn, Amy and Brad Cluck, and John and Sara Johnson; great-grandparents, Ed Kerr, Linda and Phil Theis, Louella and John Slater, and Debbie Davis; aunts and uncles, Spencer Johnson, Lindsey and J.T. Hagemeier and son Briggs, Trey and Mackenzie Weatherly and children Miles and Brooks, Kate and Tyler McKnight and son Cooper, Ryan and Natalia Weatherly and expected daughter Mia, Merritt and Charrissa Vaughn, Britany and Daniel Good and children, Elise, Asher, Calum, and Clara, Taylor Radney and children Braxton, Daxton, and Addilyn, Meaghan and Jake Slater and children, Addie, Johnny, Oliver and expected daughter Molly, Samuel Cluck, and Maddie Cluck.
