Sonnilal Ramhit Obituary

Born on December 19th, 1946, in Trinidad, Sonnilal spent his early years in Trinidad where he developed a lifelong love for swimming, carpentry, all fours, passions he shared joyfully with everyone he met.
He and Arehilliah crossed paths through mutual acquaintances, a bond that grew into a long and happy marriage filled with love, laughter, and shared adventures.
He is survived by his oldest son, Vinesh Ramhit, and was preceded in death by his youngest son, Oumar. Sonny and Oumar are now reunited once again.
A funeral service will be held at NF Walker of Queens on November 3rd, 2025. Friends and family are warmly invited to attend and celebrate his life.
Visitation for Sonnilal Ramhit will be Monday November 3, 2025 1130am- 2pm at NF Walker of Queens Funeral Home, Woodhaven, NY
Cremation will be 3pm Monday November 3, 2025 at All Souls Crematory, East Elmhurst, NY
