Sonya R. Chaddock, 50, of Greenwich, passed away on Monday, September 15, 2025, at her home. She was born on December 22, 1974, in Willard, to the late Carolyn (Lacy) and Hollie Chaddock. A 1993 graduate of South Central High School and EHOVE early childhood education. Sonya deeply loved her family. She enjoyed cooking for them, but what she cherished most was spending time with her daughter and her dogs.

Sonya is survived by her daughter, Alexis (Matthew) Beal of Sunbury, OH; her brothers, Steve (Deborah) Moore of Plymouth and Scott (Cindi) Moore of Missouri; and her nieces and nephews, Danielle, Kellie, Autumn, Steven Jr., Anthony, Tiffany, Heather, and John. She is also survived by her special cousins, Paige June and Brenna Newsome, as well as several other cousins aunts and other family. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Vincent Chaddock.

Graveside services will be held at 11 am, Saturday, September 20, 2025, at the Greenwich Greenlawn Cemetery. Memorial Contributions may be made to her daughter, Alexis to assist with the purchase of her mother's monument. The staff of the Eastman Funeral Home, 49 W. Main Street, Greenwich assisted the family with arrangements. Online condolences may be made at www.eastmanfuneralhome.com.
