I was fortunate to know Veronica when she was teaching at West Catholic HS during the 1970s, and then was fortunate to reconnect while she worked in Washington several years later. Veronica was a great lady, dedicated to the concerns of social justice, and remembered with appreciation and affection. May she rest in peace.

Sister Veronica was a light to my faith path when I was in RCIA at St. Luke. I still have a beautiful cross hanging in my home that she gave me when my daughter was born and baptized. May the peace of her love and her life and her faith be with you all at this time. She will be missed.

My sincere condolences to the family. May the God who binds up the brokenhearted and comforts all who mourn, sustain your family during this difficult time - Isaiah 61:1, 2.

St. Luke Parish is grateful for the many good works Sr. Veronica initiated. She had a knack for recognizing untapped talents of those she encountered and encouraged people to use those talents to benefit others. God blessed us through her.

As a cousin by marriage, Ronnie was always one of my favorite relatives. She was always ready with a story, or an opinion and she would make me laugh. I will miss her voice and smile and prayers.
