Senior Chief Mincey was my judicial clerk when she was a Third Class Legalman in Pensacola, Fl. I was always struck by her incredibly friendly demeanor. She was a wonderful human being and the world is a lesser place now that she has left us. Since retiring from the Navy I have become a Roman Catholic priest and I will offer a Mass for Stacey's soul. I only learned of her death this evening and was deeply saddened. Eternal rest grant unto her oh Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon her.
