Stacey L. Vassallo, 62, of Sugar Grove, passed away on Saturday, December 6, 2025 at home, surrounded by her loved ones. She was born on September 3, 1963 in Elgin, Illinois, and grew up in Warrenville, Illinois. Stacey attended Wheaton Warrenville High School and graduated from Southern Illinois University in 1985. She worked in human resources at The College of DuPage and Fermilab before retiring. She is survived by her two beloved daughters, Skylar Rolle and Paige Rolle, as well as many friends and family.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, December 20th, from 1 to 4 pm at The Healy Chapel, 370 Division Dr., Sugar Grove, IL 60554. Following the visitation, there will be a gathering for family and friends in the Loft Room at Open Range Southwest Grill, 1 Golfview Lane, Sugar Grove, IL from 4 to 7 pm. Her daughters intend to celebrate Stacey's life with a birthday party on Labor Day weekend in 2026, with details to be shared.
