Stacy L. Katra, age 43, of Faribault, MN, passed away October 2, 2025, at the Abbott-Northwestern Hospital in Minneapolis following a sudden illness.
Stacy Lee, the daughter of Thomas Sr. and Cherry (Stoltzman), was born on May 17, 1982, in Faribault. She graduated from Faribault High School with the class of 2001 and attended South Central College for accounting. She had a relationship with Jonah Warmington for 18 years and were currently engaged to be married. Stacy had worked at the State Bank of Faribault, Aldi for 13 years, Summit Orthopedic for five years, and most recently at Jonah’s business, Warmington Custom Blast and Paint. Stacy enjoyed playing bingo and was a very good gambler. She was an exceptional pool player and did very well in league play. Stacy was an amazing cook and took great pride in feeding everyone. Her family gatherings were very important to her, and she cherished being the host of the event. Stacy was such a great listener and would often give great advice.
She is survived by her fiancé, Jonah Warmington; children, Kaylee Katra and Jonah Warmington Jr.; siblings, Bridgett Mitchell, Brandy Gommels (Greg), Sara Katra, Thomas Katra Jr., and Teddy Katra; Jonah’s parents, Deb and Mark Warmington; Jonah’s siblings, Mkenzie Cowan (Scott), and Mallory Fuchs (Justin); nephews, nieces, and other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Jim and Mary Katra; father, Thomas Katra Sr.; and aunt, Carol Dobson.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, October 11, 2025, at 11:30 a.m. at the Parker Kohl Funeral Home, 1725 Lyndale Ave. N., Faribault. Interment will be at the St. Lawrence Cemetery in Faribault.
Visitation will be held on Saturday from 9:30 – 11:30 a.m. at the funeral home.
Following the burial, a celebration of life even will be held at Our Place on Third (OP3).
