We have many fond memories of Stan. He was a true friend and we spent quite a bit of time with him in the early 80s on various hiking and camping events. He was such a caring person!

I was also in grad school with him and working on a team project with him was a lifetime experience. I was a young typical student just trying to take shortcuts to get the project done.
Stan was always my conscience "I don't think thats what the instructor intended...now do it right!" i have so much respect for his wisdom.

He was one of the good guys!

Good bye Wind Blown Sequoia!

Very sorry to hear Stan passed. I went to St. George with him for 8 years and remember him as quiet, smart and very talented. He could draw things really well. Remember once he drew an apple on a table and it was perfect, the shading gave it a three dimensional effect. Stayed connected with him through Facebook and was looking forward to a lunch sometime in the future. Sad to know that won't happen. Condolences to his family and many friends who will miss him. Rest in peace, Stan.

Was saddened to learn of Stan's death. We were classmates at St George Parish School, Seattle. I remember Stan as An excellent student and gifted artist.we often worked on bulletin board projects together for Sister Mary St. Anselm. He was fun and well-liked by everyone. Good times. Great memories.
