Stanley Eugene Vail

Stanley Eugene Vail, 59, passed away December 11,2025 at Baystate Medical Center. He was born in Jesup, GA on February 6, 1966 to Bobby and Rebecca Eason Vail. Growing up his favorite store to work at was Downtown variety (Chucks). He worked along with his uncle's business J&J Eason Trucking. He was also refurbished and restored furniture that looked brand new when he was done. Mr. Vail is survived by his son, Taknoah J. Stevens of Pittsfield; and his sisters, Connie Eason Scott of Hinsdale, Sonya Vail Cook of Pittsfield, and Lavette Vail of Pittsfield. He is also survived by his aunt Elizabeth Wright, Pittsfield, MA and Helen Williams of Waycross, GA He also has one grandson Isaiah Stevens. Stanley will also be remembered fondly by his nieces Shavonn Melendez and Mikki Adams, also his great nephews Cristian Melendez and Miguel Adams He will be missed by his many cousins and friends. Calling hours will be held, Saturday, December 20, 2025 at Dery Funeral Home, 54 Bradford St, Pittsfield, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., with a service to follow at 1 p.m.
