Stefano Bottari

Stefano Bottari, age 79, of Medford passed away on Thursday, January 15th at Lahey Clinic Medical Center of Burlington. Born in Itala, Sicily, he was the son of the late Niccolo and Santa (Aloisi) Bottari. Stefano came to the US as a teenager, living first in Boston's North End before moving to Somerville. He has lived in Medford since the early 1970's. Stefano worked as a carpenter, and in his spare time enjoyed working in his garden, but most of all valued the time he spent with family.

Stefano was the devoted father of Steven Bottari and his wife Michele, Michael Bottari and his wife Mirian, and Christopher Bottari. He was the loving grandfather of Nicholas C. Bottari, Alessandra G. Bottari, Anthony R. Bottari, Aria R. Bottari. Stefano was the dear brother of Carmela Hunphries and the cherished uncle of Stefano and Andrew.

Funeral services for Stefano will be private.
