Mrs. Stephane Anne (Foley) Crotty Killgore Chilcote, 58, of 1110 South Potomac Street, Hagerstown, MD, died at 11:35 P.M., Wednesday, February 11, 2009 in her home. Born June 29, 1950 in St. Joseph, Missouri, she was the daughter of the late William F. and Vera G. (Way) Foley. She and her husband of 19 years, Mr. Raymond E. Chilcote, were married August 2, 1989 in Manteo, NC. They had lived at their present residence for the past 10 years. Mrs. Chilcote was a homemaker and had previously worked as an executive secretary for Millstone Coffee in Exton, PA. In addition to her husband, she is survived by two daughters, Victoria J. Mohr and her husband Joseph W. LaClair, II of Hagerstown and Elizabeth G. Rossi and her husband Derek Rossi of Hagerstown; six sons, James W. Killgore, III and his fiancée Kimberly L. Morreale of Maugansville, MD and Shawn M. Chilcote, Chad C. Chilcote, Brad Chilcote, Kelly Chilcote and Raymond Chilcote, Jr., all of Philadelphia, PA; 13 grandchildren, Marrissa V. Mohr, Joseph C. Mohr, Casey M. Rossi, Thomas Mohr, Sara D. Mohr, Stephane A. Mohr, Dylan J. Rossi, Cole S. LaClair, Stephen Chilcote, Dylan J. Rossi, Alec Chilcote, Raymond E. Chilcote, III, Austin Chilcote and Eddie Chilcote; one sister, Brenda C. Boyd and her husband, Patrick M. Boyd of Hagerstown; and one brother, Stephen F. Foley of Sadburyville, PA. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a grandson, Zachary James LaClair. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 P.M. on February 28, 2009, in LIFEhouse West Church, Salem Ave., Hagerstown, MD, with Pastor Justin Repp, officiating In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Washington County, 747 Northern Avenue, Hagerstown, MD 21742. Arrangements are by Grove-Bowersox Funeral Home, Waynesboro, PA
