Stephanie Nicole Berry, age 48 of Hendersonville, formerly of Rockwood, gained her heavenly wings on Sunday, November 30, 2025. She was born on May 2, 1977. Stephanie was a bright and shining light in so many people's lives. She was a graduate of Rockwood High School, and later attained her masters in education from Cumberlands University. She has worked as an educator throughout her career and last worked as a kindergarten teacher within the Sumner County Schools system. Aside from her passion for teaching, the biggest part of her heart always belonged to her children and her family. She was an amazing mother to her two children, Ansley and Eli. They were her world. She was also the best sister her siblings could have ever asked for and her mother's shining, wonderful daughter and daddy's best girl.
Stephanie's bright personality was full of adventure, and her passions were just as much of a part of that as any. Those who had the pleasure of knowing her could speak to her love of all things Disney, going to the beach, watching the Andy Griffith show, strawberry margaritas, and the fact that there was no better Coca-Cola than the one that comes in a bottle if you asked her, her passion for music and the mini concerts she would put on for her children whether they wanted to participate at that time or not. Holidays were her favorite as she loved to be home and celebrate with her family, especially the Christmas season. Her fur babies never left her side and were loved just as her own as well.
Stephanie loved the Lord and accepted Jesus Christ into her life. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Hendersonville, and had previously attended Caney Ford Baptist Church in Rockwood.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents: Neva June Webster Stubbs & Dan M. Webster, Sanders Bowman & Lillian Bowman; step-mother: Mary Kate Bowman. Those left to cherish her memory are:
