My deepest condolences to Stephanie family. I was introduces to her music in the 80´s here in South Africa, Cape Town. My favorite album is "Sing the glory" which i am busy listening while working. For the past week was awaken by her song "Doxology" and "somewhere it´s snowing" it made me go to you tube and look for the album again. Then i started googling about her, wondering if she is still singing or released more albums and how old she is now,. that´s when i cam upon this post, my heart is heavy and sore. i was a child falling in love with Stephanie, now in my late 40´s i still love her and her music, the songs that she wrote to God is the most beautiful. Rest in eternal peace Stephanie, your music lives on in our hearts as you sleep in His wings. Love you forever and ever

I am SO saddened to find that Stephanie has left this world (and so young!). I was so fortunate to have experienced her awesomeness-her captivating personality and amazing talent when she came to our church, Living Stones Fellowship (Crown Point, IN) on multiple occasions and performed back in the late 80s/early 90s. I don´t have to say just how special it was hearing Stephanie sing as anyone who knew her or was blessed to have heard her sing, KNEW this. The cassette I had purchased back then during one of her visits to our church was somehow lost. I´ve been thinking of her and her music and decided to do a search in hopes of finding it once again ... which is what led me to this sad news. My heart goes out to her family and friends as I can only imagine the enormous vacancy left in their lives from her passing. She surely was a unique light in this world!

I was blessed to host her for several concerts in the Tampa area in the early 80s. She was a sweet but forceful spirit. My favorite song of all time: "Why choose me God"!

I had not heard until now. A beautiful angel had taken flight. I am sorry that the news reached me as late as it had. I was wondering did Tulsa media or CBN report this in the news, or not? God bless her family, and church family. God bless the ORU COMMUNITY. Amen.

Wayne, Christopher
So sorry for your loss. I'm very thankful that my brother Les met and stayed with you during his short time on earth. Because of his meeting you guys, we then connected with you two as you know. Steph will be remembered for her vivacious personality, her music, and her faith. She taught me how to play guitar which I still play today. Much love to you all at this difficult time.

Wayne, my heart goes out to you. I can´t begin to actually grasp the fact that Stephanie has moved on to Heaven now.

She was the prime example of what a true follower of Jesus should be. I´ve never been gifted to know a stronger encourager in my life.

My prayers are with you. I totally understand what you and you family are going through because, like Stephanie, my dear wife, Pam left this earth for Heaven in July of 2021. God will be with you, my brother.

What a light Stephanie was in this world, and we were blessed to perform and minister with her 40 years ago.
May the Comforter be with you today and always, Wayne and Christopher.

I played quite a bit of Stephanie's music in my few short years on the radio and in every roller rink I worked.
"Who Do You Say That I Am" is on the cassette I made for my Mom, recording an hour of me on the air to prove that I really was on the radio.
I never got to actually meet Stephanie, but she always seemed like a friend.
