Stephanie Calewarts

On December 14, 2025, Stephanie T. Calewarts (also known as Stephen Calewarts) went home to be with Jesus.

He is survived by his son, Nick; his daughter-in-law, Monica Calewarts; his sister, Kathey Dwyer Calewarts; and his brother, Tom Calewarts. He was preceded in death by his mother, Patricia Calewarts; his father, Floyd Calewarts; and my mother, Beverly Whiteeagle, to whom he was married.

Dad truly enjoyed playing music for most of his life. He played in several bands, including Off Center, Special Delivery, and Mike Roberts and Aces High. He played bass guitar and keyboards and was part of a successful 1950s and 1960s variety show band.

In the 1990s, he developed a passion for Chow Chows, which he bred and showed with great success. He was well known and loved by many and made a difference in countless lives.

I will miss my dad dearly, and I am grateful that he found Jesus. I am thankful that I found a church where he felt comfortable attending. Until we see him again one day, I miss you and love you. You are with your puppies over the Rainbow Bridge.
