Stephanie Marie Hodgkinson was called to Heaven on June 10, 2025, at the young age of 47. While her time here ended far too soon her impact will be deep, lasting and give hope to many.

Born on Sunday, March 20, 1978, to Doug and Sandra Harden, Stephanie brought love, laughter and her own unique rhythm into the world. She had a way of making people laugh, when they needed it most, and her warmth left lasting impressions. Stephanie has a generous soul and even in death, she gave the gift of life to others by being an organ donor.

She will forever be missed by all who knew her and remembered for her bright laughter and easy smile she gave so freely.

Stephanie is survived by her husband Richard Hodgkinson, Jr. of Carrollton; loving mother Sandra Harden of Greenville; her sister Keri Harden of Greenville; uncles and aunts Johnny and Doris Stovall of Greenville, Ron and Riter Ferguson of Crandall, Charles and Donna McCallister of Tyler, Debbie McClure of Greenville; Grandmother Linda Harden of Tyler; numerous cousins, beloved nieces and nephews and her cherished fur babies Brad and Paisley, who brought her endless joy and companionship.

She was preceded in death by her father, Doug Harden, whom she loved deeply; maternal grandparents Curtis and Dorothy McClure, paternal grandfather Don Harden, uncles Dale Harden, William McClure and Harold McClure; aunt Hattie Massey and her beloved friend of over 20 years Doug Felps.

Stephanie's presence was a blessing and her memory will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.

A service to celebrate her life will be held on Saturday, June 14th at 2:00 PM at Shady Grove Baptist Church with Rev. Steve McAbee officiating. In her honor the family encourages donations to American Lung Association or contributions to an animal rescue organization.
