Stephanie O'Keefe Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Huber Funeral Homes & Cremation Services: Eden Prairie on Mar. 22, 2024.
Stephanie Jo (Denhardt) O'Keefe, aged 56, beloved daughter and sister, passed away peacefully on March 21, 2024, in Edina at Fairview Southdale Hospital. Stephanie faced much loss throughout her life, which led to a battle with alcoholism. She is now at peace, reunited with her loved ones in heaven. Stephanie was born in St. Paul, Minnesota, on November 28, 1967, to Ken and Barb (Landa) Denhardt. They later moved to the St. Cloud area, where she attended Grade School. When she was in the 4th Grade, they moved to Eden Prairie, where she graduated from High School. After spending many years in restaurant management, she joined her Dad and Sister in the family business, where she excelled at bringing on new clients and building relationships, she was truly loved by many of her customers. She will be remembered for her bright smile, caring and generous heart, creativity, and the love she had for her family and cats. She enjoyed spending her time traveling to various places like Mexico and Big Sky, where she spent her days at the pool and hitting the slopes. She had a huge enthusiasm for life, often known as the life of the party. She lived her life to the fullest, making memories every step of the way. Everyone who knew her loved her, and she will be greatly missed by all. Stephanie is preceded in death by her long-time partner, Don Lucas, late husband Mike O'Keefe, her dad Ken Denhardt, uncle Alan Landa, grandparents, Clark and Inez Denhardt, and Lawrence and Helen Landa. She is survived by her mom, Barb Denhardt, sister, Carrie Denhardt, nieces Taylor, Katie, and Ashley Clark, uncle and aunt Dennis and Judy Sager, aunt Jan Landa, and cousins Todd (Jean) and Wade Landa, Bailey (Landa) Fossum, RJ and Megan (Landa) Hulleman, and Jodie Sager. Memorial Service 2:30 PM Sunday (3/24) at Huber Funeral Home, 16394 Glory Lane, Eden Prairie, with visitation starting at 1:00 PM
