Stephen David Allbee

1984 - 2024

Stephen David Allbee, age 40 of Otsego, MN, passed away on December 7, 2024 due to complications from colon cancer.

Steve was born on January 20, 1984 to Dena and Gary in St. Louis Park, MN. After he graduated from Elk River High School in 2002, he worked at Northland Binder Products, the family business.

Steve married Stacey Hare on May 16, 2019, and his death came too soon. His commitment to his girls was his superpower. Steve had many interests including cooking, hunting and fishing, but his family and friends always came first. Steve was a loving and devoted son, brother, husband, father, uncle and a friend to all. Steve was very playful and he was fun! His generous smile and twinkling eyes will forever remain in our memories.

Grateful for sharing his life are his wife Stacey, and their daughters Skylar and Audrina. Included among his surviving family are his parents, Gary and Dena Allbee, and his brother, Michael (Erin) Allbee; Stacey's parents, Kenneth (Patricia) Hare and Rachel (Thomas) Schack; Stacey's grandmother, Nancy Hare; and Stephen's brother-in-law, Anthony Hare, and sisters-in-law, Stephanie (John) Mollner and Sabrina Hare. Steve's surviving nephews and nieces include Cash and Lane Allbee, Cylas Hare, Ayden Armagost, Aubrey Mollner, Brysen Schulte, and Gavin Mollner. His many aunts, uncles, cousins and cherished friends also profoundly share this gratitude and grief in his death.

Stephen was predeceased by his grandparents, Ernest and Doris Allbee and Michael and Edith Ronayne, and by his aunt, Lori Allbee Young, all of Aberdeen, South Dakota.

As a family, we are incredibly grateful for your support and many kindnesses during this difficult time. Your love and presence has been a source of great comfort to us all.

Visitation for Stephen was held Tuesday, December 17 from 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. at The Peterson Chapel in St. Michael, MN. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
