A dear friend of 40 years who was a musical inspiration.

Don and I are so sorry to hear of Steve´s passing. He was a superb musician and a kind and generous soul. I have many fond memories of recording and performing with him and Arthur Goldstein. He will be greatly missed.

Steve was the most talented person I ever knew. He and Roger gave me entree to the world of music and I will be forever grateful. He was always humble about his gift and made it all look so easy. He will be sorely missed. Oh, and he was pretty funny, too.

Writing from out of town. So sorry to learn of Steve´s passing. He was an exceptional person and a brilliant musician. I have a wealth of memories of Steve from over the decades, most of them not unexpectedly in the realm of making music. Condolences Sheri and also to your family.
