Stephen, thank you for us to become friends. You helped me through the loss of my best friend Jodi from cancer, and I am so glad for our almost daily phone chats to help you cope with your malady. So glad we did lunch a couple weeks ago. Will truly miss you. My condolences to your family. I know the size of the void you will leave in their hearts. Wish I had a Duncan cream load to deliver to heaven, so we could have all the whipped cream for Mexican sundaes that we want. May you rest in the Lord's peace, my friend. Jerry Kurtz
