Stephen Morrissey Obituary
Stephen was born on September 11, 1968, at Good Samaritan Hospital to William and Catherine Morrissey (née Amado). He grew up in Pearl River, NY, and attended Pearl River schools.
In recent years, Stephen was a resident of the L'Dor residence in New City, NY. He will be remembered for his kind and good-natured spirit, his infectious smile, and the joy he brought to those around him. A devoted sports fan, Stephen especially loved cheering on the New York Mets and Giants. He also had a deep appreciation for good food.
Stephen is survived by his brother Garry and his wife Kim Morrissey, his sister Patricia and her husband Jim Stokes, his nephew Matthew and his wife Erica, and his niece Maria.
In lieu of flowers, friends may send memorial donations to a charity of your choice.

To the Morrissey Family. My name is Maria, and Michael G. is my long-time fiancé. I am so sorry about Steve. He was a real dear friend for so many years. We lived at Davis House together. He would always be glued to the TV. He Loved the show Two and Half Men. He really got me into that show, and we would hang out and watch the show together. When MIchael Lived at L'Dor and even after Michael moved out. Michael would run a weekly sports group and I would be there too. He was always a very dear friend to us, for many years. He would always put a smile onto people's faces, and Brighten up their days. R.I.P. Our friend, and may God bless you.

To the Morrissey family. I have been a friend of Stephen since the late 1990s. He was a great friend and a kind person. I had no idea that he recently passed. He will be greatly missed. He will also always be remembered for the wonderful person that he was while he was here.
