Stephen Scott Robinson

Stephen “Steve” Scott Robinson (75) of Aiken, SC, passed away on Monday, December 22, 2025 at Wellstar MCG Health Medical Center in Augusta, GA. Born on September 9, 1950, to Louis and Delores Robinson, Steve lived the first years of his life in Mount Prospect, Illinois, before moving to Tucker, GA in high school.

Steve entered the U.S. Marine Corps in 1967, where he served for six years and was honorably discharged. He started a family in Lilburn, GA, and later moved to Valdosta, GA. with the beginning of his career as a Sales Representative with Benjamin Moore Paints. He would continue this career for 20 years before retiring with his wife, Ginger, and splitting his time between Aiken, SC, Steinhatchee, FL and Richmond Hill, GA.

Steve loved the water, boating, and spending time with family and his three Pugs. He was one of a kind, with a feisty spirit combined with a big heart. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who knew and loved him.

Steve is survived by his devoted wife, Ginger Robinson of Aiken, SC; his daughter Kelly Godfrey (Jason); his son Brad Robinson (Chessie); and five grandchildren- Gabe, Riley, Wes, Lily and Nathan. Steve also leaves behind his brother Randy Robinson (Danita); his sister Betsy Holland (Ricky); one sister-in-law; one brother-in-law; two nephews and a niece.

A visitation will be held at Newberry Hall (117 Newberry St. SW) in Aiken, SC on January 17, 2026, from 1pm to 3pm. Another private ceremony will be held in Richmond Hill, GA on January 24th.
