Stephen Romanki

Stephen was born May 12, 1936 in Elmira, NY to the late John and Ainella Romanki. He passed away Sunday, February 22, 2026. He graduated from Corning Community College and worked at Westinghouse/Eaton for 39 years. Stephen married Jacqueline Pevo on May 2, 1964. He was predeceased by his sisters, Mary and Sophia; brothers, Harry and Johnny. Stephen is survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Jackie; son, Matthew; grandchildren, Tyler (Meghan) and Kaili; four great grandchildren; mother-in-law, Eleanor Pevo; sisters-in-law, Elisa Millspaugh and Becky Pevo Bond; along with extended family. Jackie wishes to thank CareFirst Hospice and the Romanki neighbors; the Cantando and Troccia families for their kindness. Private services will be held at a later date and time with his family.
