I was blindsided by the news of Steve Silliman's death this morning. It's awful that we have lost him. But I am deeply grateful for the great deal of good he did for the world, and the spirit of fun he shared with all of us at Charter Club. My husband and I have donated to the Global Water Center in Steve's memory. We send our most heartfelt condolences to Steve's wife, their sons and all the family. Yours, Caron Cadle (Princeton '79) and Prof. Ralf E. Remshardt

I'm so sorry to here of Steve's passing. I was assistant coach when Steve coached our kids' soccer team when they were 4 or 5 years old (My youngest, Colin, was on the team, and maybe it was your Timothy? Gosh, it was a long time ago.). Steve was really terrific with the boys and clearly enjoyed coaching them. Sending you prayers at this difficult time.
