Mr. Sweatman is survived by his wife: Margaret Sweatman,
Daughter: Leanne Sweatman of Stockbridge, son: Patrick (Harley) Tedford of PawPaw, MI, mother: Shirley Sweatman of Jonesboro, brothers: Billy Sweatman of Stone Mountain and Shawn Sweatman of Jonesboro, sister: Angie (Dan) Dorsey of Gainesville, GA, grandchildren: Alexia Sweatman, Autumn Sweatman, Madison James, Jordyn James, Kynslee Tedford, Hunter Stratton and Deacon Tedford and nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service will be held at 2 P.M. Monday, March 9, 2026 at the Chapel of Ford-Stewart Funeral Home with Rev. Chris Ladson officiating. The family will receive friends 1 PM – 2 PM, prior to the Service.
