Steve Randall Bennett Sr.
Randy Aka Pinball was born in Jacksonville, Florida on July 22,1954 to Wallace and Beatrice Bennett. Randy passed away on April 29, 2025 in Palatka, Florida surrounded by his family.
Randy worked many years as a block mason before he retired. Randy loved hunting, fishing, spending time with family and always being the life of the party. Randy leaves behind 3 sons Steve (Randy) & Maria Bennett, Anthony (Andy) & Jeanie Bennett, Branden Bennett. 8 Grandkids and their spouses Austin & Tracy Baldwin, Haley Bennett, Ann Marie Bennett, Chanse & Kaci Bennett, Michael Paton, Ashley & Josh Pipkins, Randi Bennett & Tucker Johnson, Kody Bennett & Conner Watson. 7 Great Grandkids Emily Mahan,Charleigh Scranton, Elle Brocksmith, Remington Baldwin, Jackson Pipkins, Josie Pipkins, Charlee Bennett. A loving sister Theresa & Gary Tennant, lifelong friend Kathy Stiles and many Aunts, uncles & cousins to cherish his memories.
Pinball was someone who lived everyday to the fullest. As Elvis sang "I did it my way" that was how he lived his life. Randy's purpose was to never go to the grave in a well preserved body, he planned and succeeded at sliding into the grave sideways and saying AIEE, it's been one hell of a ride. He taught his kids and grandkids to get the most out of everyday, to always do right by family, especially a hard day of that Good Good work was something to be proud of. Randy's family will be doing a private service on Friday May 2, 2025 and a Memorial Celebration in the next few weeks which will be announced for friends. Pinball wanted everyone to know he loved them
