Steve Heflin

Steve Heflin, age 53, of Dover passed Monday, November 14, 2016 at Arkansas Hospice River Valley Home. He was born May 1, 1963 in McMinnville, Oregon to Shirley Dee and Charlotte Davis Heflin. He was a member of the Church of the Firstborn, and owner of S.O.S. RV Service for nine years. Steve enjoyed hunting, fly fishing, and photography, but his passion was being a loving father and grandfather. He was preceded in death by his father, Shirley; and one brother, Terry Heflin. Survivors include his wife, Carolyn of the home; one son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Katrina Heflin of Middleburg, Florida; two daughters and sons-in-law, Jessica and Yancy Green of Dardanelle, and Tracy and Dash Blood of Russellville; his mother, Charlotte McMullin of Atkins; his step-father, Jim McMullin of Pottsville; three brothers, David Heflin of Dardanelle, Mike Heflin of Russellville, and Chris McMullin of Pottsville; and six grandchildren, Bryan, Steven, Kalista, Lillian, Baylie, and Amity. The memorial service will be at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 16, 2016 at Shinn Chapel with Pastor Sam Austin officiating and under the direction of Shinn Funeral Service of Russellville.
