Still in disbelief that you passed, but so thankful that I had the pleasure of working and knowing for close to 40 years. I will miss the bi-weekly visits you made at my work , our chats and reminiscing about the good times we had at work. You were a wonderful person Steve. Heaven gained a truly great person.

Steve, you were a great warrior and friend. I will never forget how good of a friend you were to me.
Love you bro.

"Skins" was like a big brother to me when I joined the Iroquois Braves varsity wrestling team in 1972 as a freshmen.
I lost a match at Cathedral Prep in 1972, by a Rambler opponent that outweighed me by at least seven pounds.
Steve felt bad for me and consoled me after this defeat, and the in the following season of 1973, Steve was matched up with the same Cathedral Prep wrestler who pinned me in 1972, and Steve, who was on a mission to get some revenge for me, defeated this Rambler wrestler in a convincing manner, and "Skins" told me he won this match for my honor.
I never forgot this, and I hung in there with my Braves wrestling brothers, and actually became a decent competitor in the sport of wrestling.
Rest in Peace "Skins."
I will miss you, brother.
