Steve J. Williams, age 73, was the beloved husband to Janet Lynn Williams (nee Edwards), cherished son of Natalie Caruso and the late John H. Williams, devoted Dad of Timothy Hart (Nichole) Williams and Paul Edward Williams, proud Grandpa of Tylor and Tillie Williams, dear brother to Russell J. Williams, Christopher H. (Susan) Williams, the late Craig (late Donna) Williams, Lisa (Robert) Kapoun, Laura Day, and John F. (Heidi) Williams, fond uncle of many nieces and nephews, Godfather to Danny (Megan) Williams, cousin of many, and missed by all. Steve was a proud veteran of the United States Army. Steve's visitation will take place on Thursday, July 31, 2025, from 3:00 until 8:00 p.m., located at McCauley-Sullivan Funeral Home & Crematorium, 530 West Boughton Road, Bolingbrook, Illinois 60440. Family and friends are welcome the following day, Friday, August 1, 2025, beginning at 10:00 a.m. Chapel prayers will begin at 11:00 a.m. before departing in procession at 11:30 a.m. His military honors and committal service will then conclude his funeral services at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, 20953 West Hoff Road, Elwood, Illinois 60421. Funeral arrangements entrusted to McCauley-Sullivan Funeral Home and Crematorium.
