Steven R. Archer, 68, of West Union, WV, passed away, August 28, 2025, at WVU Medicine Camden Clark. He was born, July 20, 1957, in Parkersburg, WV, a son of the late John W. and Betty June Kellar Archer. He had been Co-Owner of Archer Auto Parts in Marietta, OH, and later Owner of Archer Auto, Truck and Trailer in Parkersburg, WV He had attended Calvary Memorial in Parkersburg, WV. Steve was an avid hunter and fisherman, and a Great Husband. Steve is survived by his wife, Rhonda Cantwell Archer, brother, John Samuel (Cindy) Archer of Marietta, OH, sisters, Terry Archer of Boaz, WV, Laurie Binegar of Reno, OH, and Amy (Charlie) Martin of Brunswick, ME, mother-in-law, Ava Cantwell of Belmont, WV, brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Jeff and Karen Cantwell of Vienna, WV, his great friend, John Panico of Columbus, OH, and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Steve was preceded in death by an infant brother, Michael Archer, and a brother-in-law, Wayne Binegar. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, September 6, 2025, at 2 P. M. at the Ingram Funeral Home in St. Marys, WV, with Pastor Dale Morgan Officiating. Friends may call from 1 to 2 P. M. prior to the service at the funeral home.
