Steven L. Armstrong, 61, of Crystal, ND, passed away Wednesday, March 4, 2026, at the Pembina County Memorial Hospital, Cavalier, ND. Memorial service will be held Thursday, March 12, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at the Askew Funeral Home, Cavalier, ND. Visitation will be held for one hour before the time of the service at the Askew Funeral Home.
