Steven Monroe Boyd, 61, of La Conchita, CA, passed away on June 16th, 2023, in La Conchita, CA. Steve was born in Norco, CA to Robert and Judith Boyd on September 25th, 1961. My dad lived a great adventurous life. I tell people he was a cave man, a jungle man, a nomadic wanderer ready to conquer the world. Everywhere he went he made a huge impact on people and had the biggest heart of anyone I've ever known. He left me with memories I only dream of leaving my kids.
Steve is survived by his Father Robert Boyd of Missouri, Daughter Jennifer Boyd Calhoun, Grandson Logan Calhoun, Granddaughter Chloe Calhoun, Son Jesse Boyd, & Sister Catherine Bridgewater all of Iowa, Niece Danyell Bieschke & Nephew Matthew Hyatt of Arkansas, Brother Kevin Woodury of California, and Nephew Phillip Robertson of Colorado. He is preceded in death by his Mother Judith Boyd. We are not asking for any donations, only prayers for our family and friends.
A private memorial will be held for close friends and family. Arrangements under the direction of JOSEPH P. REARDON FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICE, 757 E. Main Street, Ventura.
