STEVEN BRYANT
Medon, TN: Steven Phillip Bryant, age 31 passed away June 28, 2024, at Bethel Springs, TN.
He was born August 13, 1992, in Memphis, TN the son of Danny Ray Bryant, Sr. and the late Wanda Gean Smith Bryant. He grew up in McNairy County and attended Adamsville High School.
He worked at Greg Upton Sawmill in Toone as a heavy equipment operator for fifteen years.
He married Sarah Williams on April 26, 2024.
He enjoyed fishing, playing pool, being outdoors, woodworking, drawing, getting tattoos and body building.
He especially loved his family and spending time with them.
Steven is survived by his wife, Sarah Lynn Williams Bryant; his father, Danny Ray Bryant of Bethel Springs; two daughters, Isabella Marie Bryant and Rayven Nicole Bryant; maternal grandmother, Wanda Faye Williams of Bethel Springs, maternal grandfather, David Leon Smith of Finger; a brother, Danny Ray Bryant, Jr. (Shelbee) of Reagan; and two sisters, Malinda Gail Phillips (T.W.) of Medon and Shyan Renae Smith (James) of Toone; and nine nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Wanda Gean Smith Bryant and his paternal grandparents, Bobby and Joan Newsome Bryant.
Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Thursday, July 11, 2024, at Shackelford Funeral Directors – Crook Avenue Chapel with Bishop Douglas Carter officiating. Burial will follow at Bailey Cemetery, Jacks Creek, TN.
The family will receive friends at Crook Avenue 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Wednesday.
