I went to high school with his first wife, Lori Jenkins. We were friends, and kept in touch through the years. When Steve was a teenager, he drove the school bus for his high school. My brother, Steve, who also attended the same high school with Steve, was picked up in the morning and dropped off in the afternoons by Steve. I think it was close to an hour each direction.
Steve made sure that my brother was remembered at their 50th HS Reunion, as Steve had already passed. My brother would have been so touched that Steve did that for him.
I think anyone who knew Steve KNEW that they had a wonderful friend... Someone You could always count on ...Steve Brunette was honest, he was kind, and he could easily make you laugh. H
He made a great life in the military, and he worked hard at everything he did.
I just found out today that he had passed in April. He will be very dearly missed by his sweet family, his wife, Sheree, and all of us who were fortunate to have had him in our lives. Until we meet again....dear friend! Vicki
