What a wonderful 'across the alley' neighbor you were! I always looked forward to seeing your garage door open, knowing that a smiling face and interesting story were soon to follow! I sure will miss our chats! Adios Steven. Be happy!

I will miss you terribly, my handsome Scandanavian friend. I will forever miss our hours on the phone spent reminiscing and dreaming. Your smiling face will forever be etched in my mind.
Til we meet again.

Steven was a very kind and giving man. He will be remembers for that always. It is sad his life ended too soon. Steven's memory will live on in those who his kindness touched.

Remember well being invited to Steven and Nancy's house for the "old NE neighborhood" get together. Steven welcomed a whole bunch of us strangers into his home and made us all feel like family. He cooked for us, joined in our hours of reminiscing, gave tours of his home and handy-work, and made sure that we were all well fed and comfortable. I only meet Steven that one time but I liked him immediately. He made my childhood friend (Nancy) happy and we all loved him for that. I regret that I didn't get to know him better, his life on Earth was too short. Some day we will all meet up again and carry-on with our friendships...Steven will be there to welcome us Home....I know he will.
