Steven was born on March 31, 2016 and passed away on Friday, July 1, 2016. Steven was a resident of Manitowoc, Wisconsin at the time of his passing. He attended Lincoln High School. He entered the United States Navy. He was married to Rojean. A Life Celebration Social will be held for relatives and friends on Saturday July 16 2016 from 12 p.m. until 2 p.m. at the Harrigan Parkside Gathering Center 620 North Water Street Manitowoc located on the south property of the Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home. Cremation has taken place at the Harrigan Parkside Crematory and Chapel. In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate memorials in Steveâs name.

Rojean,
I don't think I have spoken to you since high school and am sad that these are the next words I say to you. I am so sorry to read of your loss. I have thought of you so many times (and Lynn). I send my love and thoughts of strength and peace for you and your family. I remember Steve's gentle nature and how much he cared about you and loved you from the beginning.

I met Steve @ Lincoln we were old enough to have beer. We would meet up @jacks beer garden. Stevie . was a very funny person. Although I havnt. Seen Steve in about 35 years I will always have fond memories. Free at last. My ole friend. I will see you later!! You're buddy. Jeff. Sweeney.

Steve and I grew up together. We ran into each other during our stints in the Navy, and then again in Florida while he was there building fences. I always thought we would meet again.

I am glad you were with Rogean at the end; I know you loved her no matter where you found yourself. Good bye old friend; rest in peace.

I met Steve many, many years ago, he was always a good guy, and loved fishing ! Many great memories from years ago ! My sympathy to his family, may peace be with you now my old friend !!!
