Steven Wayne Harbour

It was obvious to me at my first meeting with Steve he was a special person. He was very engaging, and fun to chat with. Steve LOVED and adored his sister Michelle. His face would light up the moment I mentioned her name. I'm so sorry to learn of his passing, I know he will be greatly missed. I wish I had something to write which might ease your sorrow. All I can say is it's "bye for now." You will see him again. Please know I'm praying for you all.
