Steve was such a positive presence in the neighborhood. He was always smiling and waving hello. It was something I looked forward to when driving, or walking by, for the last 16 years that I have been his neighbor. We chatted often. Steve worked hard and took pride in all he did. I will admire his inspiration and spirit always!
