STEVEN DANIEL MURILLO, born on May 6, 1991, in Dallas, Texas, passed away on March 6, 2025, in his beloved hometown. A man of many talents and a heart full of love, Steven left an indelible mark on all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Known for his infectious humor and lively spirit, Steven was often described as funny and crazy, a vibrant presence that could brighten any room. He had a remarkable ability to connect with people, a quality that made him a beloved figure, especially among children who were drawn to his playful nature. He was, in many ways, a big kid himself, carrying a good heart that radiated warmth and kindness. He had a great fondness for dogs (they were more like his kids).

Steven’s dedication to helping others was evident in everything he did. Whether it was assisting friends and family with their projects or lending a hand to neighbors and strangers alike, he was always eager to offer his skills. Known affectionately as the "Mexican Bob the Builder," he took pride in fixing things and sharing his knowledge with those around him.

An avid sports fan, Steven passionately supported both the Dallas Cowboys and the Dallas Mavericks, often found cheering enthusiastically during games, surrounded by friends and family. His interests also extended to the great outdoors, where he enjoyed fishing, relishing the tranquility and joy that came from being in nature.

Steven's proudest accomplishments revolved around his family, which he cherished deeply. The bonds he formed with his loved ones were the foundation of his life, shaping him into the remarkable individual he was.

Friends and family are invited to celebrate Steven's life at Golden Gate Funeral Home-Dallas. The viewing will be held on March 18, 2025, from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A Funeral Service will follow on March 19, 2025, at 3:00 PM, with guests welcomed until 4:00 PM. Located at 4155 South R. L.
