Steven P Ottmer 67 of Berkeley Twp died Thursday May 16, 2024 at home. Born & raised in Lakewood, he served 2 years in the Army before moving to Brick for 30 years with his family. He was currently working for Heyco Products in Toms River for 15 years and as a respected machinist for 30 years. Known as SteveO, he will be remembered for his quick-witted sense of humor, his devotion to his family & friends and the loving care he gave in taking care of his mom. He had a passion for winning in Atlantic City with his friends, Jay & Liz, enjoying a good football game, watching movies with the family, listening to good music and NASCAR Racing. Also, back in the day, riding his motorcycle with family & friends in "Rolling Thunder" in both NJ & Washington, DC Chapters. He took pride in owning his favorite childhood car a 1965 AMC Marlin. He is predeceased by the love of his life & wife, Dorris Ottmer in 2006, his father Bruce Ottmer, brother, James Ottmer, and sister Toni Ottmer. Left here behind with broken hearts are his mother, Elizabeth I Ottmer, his daughter, Tara Oldham, son, David Oldham & wife Gina, grandsons Joey & Ryan Oldham, his sisters, Susan Varneke & Tom, Kathy Ottmer & Joey Segreto, & Joy Brody & Mike; nieces & nephews, Scott & Dawn Ottmer, Lauren & Mike Chunn, Allie & Matt Bonder & Eric Brody and great nieces & nephews, Sam, Chloe, Patrick, Jacob and Andrew. Stevo, your life was a blessing, your memory a treasure. Your, loved beyond words and missed beyond measure. A life celebration is Saturday, June 29, 2024.
