A visitation will be held on Friday, November 21, 2025 from 1:00pm – 3:00pm with a service at 3:00pm at HERITAGE FUNERAL HOME 4800 S. 84th St. Greenfield, WI 53228. A Private burial will be held at a later date.

Steven J. Peckham, age 76, of Greenfield, passed away peacefully on November 17, 2025, surrounded by the love of his family.

Steve devoted his life to service, family, and simple joys that brought him - and others - great happiness.

Steve proudly served his country in the United States Navy, an experience that shaped his resilience, discipline, and deep appreciation for country. After completing his military service, he dedicated many years of his career to the VA Hospital, where he worked with commitment and compassion, supporting fellow veterans and making a meaningful impact on countless lives.

Family was at the center of Steven's world. He is survived by his beloved wife, Mayda Peckham, his children, Scott (Luzalicia) and Gryshell (Dan) and his cherished grandchildren: Kyle, Ryan, Christian, Liyana, Damian, and Vanessa and sisters Jayne and Donna. Steve found immense pride and joy in watching his family grow, and he was always happiest when surrounded by them.

In his free time, Steve loved rummage sales and resale and always on the hunt for a good find. He enjoyed spinning and keeping active. Those who knew him will remember his kindness, positivity and his deep faith. He will be deeply missed, and his legacy will live on in the hearts of all who loved him.
