Steven is warmly remembered by his cherished daughter, Jessica R. Ramsey of Raleigh, NC, his siblings, Edward Ramsey, Jr., Catherine Maloney, and Timothy Ramsey, his beloved grandson, Preston Smith, and his loving girlfriend, Billie Jo Delgizzo. Steven's sociable spirit endeared him to many, and he leaves behind a broad circle of treasured friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 2, 2024, from 12:30PM-2:00PM at THE URQUHART-MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, 800 Greenwich Avenue, Warwick. A celebration of Life will be held immediately following at 3:00PM at the Coventry Men's Club, 30 Phillips Hill Rd, Coventry.

Sad news. I worked with Steve for almost 15 years. He was a great mentor and taught me so much. Rest easy Steve, you left your mark on several of us and we´re much better for it.

Steven was my longest, dearest friend. We went to pre school together. We endured many difficult times and too many to count happy rememberable times. I truly cherished our friendship. I still can´t believe I won´t be calling him on his next Birthday as I have for all these years. We did so much over the years from sledding, mini bike riding, school events, etc. all a gentle reminder of our friendship. I will truly miss you my friend!

So many memories with Ramsey!
One memory was so great we always sang Friends in low places together and also called each when not together if the song was on . Like 1 or 2am laughed so hard til it hurt.
His smile was one of the best !
